Geofos
When a municipality needs a machine, it needs it on the day, ready for the job. Geofos supplies heavy specialist equipment to municipalities and large organisations, and we built the software the business runs on: a rental platform for municipal customers, the complete CRM, internal operations, and advanced fleet management and monitoring. We also created the brand that fronts it all.
Every rental has two sides. A municipal team needs to find the right equipment quickly. Behind them, the Geofos team manages the customer, the rental and the machine itself. The software had to serve both sides as one business.

Rooted in the work it serves
The identity pairs a compact architectural mark with a leaf motif in a green palette: the built environment and the natural one, both of which municipal work looks after. We designed the logo and its applications to work as hard inside the software as they do in public communication.
Start with the job at hand
Municipal teams start from a job, not a product code. The rental platform we designed and built lets them browse by equipment category and by date, and presents every machine in the same structure, so the right one is easy to find and easy to compare.
Behind every rental, an operation
The rental platform is the visible tip of a much larger build. We also designed and developed the complete CRM, the internal operations system, and advanced fleet management and monitoring. Customer relationships, rentals and the fleet are handled as parts of one system, built around the working day of the people who run Geofos.
