AI activation
From scattered pilots to AI teams use every day: the workflows where it pays, agents wired into your systems with permissions and human review, and the results measured.
Clear beforeclever.
Positioning, naming, identity and the words that go with them. We deliver a brand as a working system, with rules your product team can build from rather than a PDF nobody opens.
Clarityunder load.
Research, information architecture and interface design for products people depend on at work, edge cases included: the empty state, the failed payment, the rejected approval.
Engineeredfor scrutiny.
Enterprise platforms, portals, CRM and ERP, built for the load behind the interface. DevSecOps, manual code audits and data governance are part of the engineering from the first commit.
Models witha job to do.
From finding where AI pays to the agents and tailored models that deliver it, fine-tuned on our own NVIDIA DGX Station hardware and tested against a baseline before they ship.
Renderedin real time.
Websites and web experiences, from brand and product sites to real-time 3D, WebGL and motion, engineered for an ordinary phone as well as a studio workstation. You’re looking at an example: the sculptures on this site render live in your browser.
Figuresthat add up.
Leasing and booking engines, quotes, applications, payments and storefronts connected to the stock, pricing and fulfilment behind them. Built around how people actually buy, online and in store.
Services in depth
Each service has its own page: the challenge, what we build, how we work and the work that proves it.
Customer portals, partner platforms, multi-tenant SaaS and the internal systems behind them.
Custom CRM, ERP and operations software: customers, orders, assets, fleets and reporting in one system.
Finding where AI pays, redesigning the work around people and agents, and scaling what works.
LLM fine-tuning, domain and speech models, evaluation, private deployment and AI inside real products.
Leasing platforms, booking engines, quoting, applications, payments and commerce.
UX research, information architecture, UI design, prototyping and design systems for complex software.
Positioning, naming, identity and living brand systems that carry into products, websites and AI.
WebGL and Three.js websites, real-time 3D, product visualisation and 3D production.
DevSecOps, manual code audits, row-level security, multi-tenant governance and compliance by design.
Intelligence, built in
We use frontier models where they are the right tool. Where they aren’t, we adapt open-weight models on our own NVIDIA DGX Station hardware, test them against a baseline and take them into production. Med-1, the Greek medical speech model at the heart of Omnimedica, is one of ours.
From scattered pilots to AI teams use every day: the workflows where it pays, agents wired into your systems with permissions and human review, and the results measured.
Fine-tuning and evaluation on our own NVIDIA hardware, using data you have the rights to. Each model is measured against a baseline and handed over with documentation.
FlowNode, our creative AI platform, connects image, video, audio and 3D models in one workspace, with brand kits and custom model training for teams whose output has to stay on brand.
Security is engineering time, and we spend a substantial share of ours on it: DevSecOps, manual code audits and the access controls enterprise platforms depend on. It is part of how we build, review and operate software, before launch and long after.
DevSecOps runs alongside day-to-day product engineering, and our engineers audit code by hand: the business logic, the dependencies and every path to the data. The same scrutiny continues through release and maintenance.
Strict row-level security and multi-tenant data governance define who can see and change each record. We draw explicit boundaries between organisations, roles and shared resources, and review them as the platform grows.
Compliance requirements belong in the architecture, not in a document written after launch. We turn them into access controls, data-handling rules and engineering practices that can be reviewed, scoped to each organisation and its obligations.
How to work with us
However we start, you deal with the people doing the work. Nobody hands your project to a cheaper bench after the contract is signed.
A defined scope with a clear finish line: a rebrand, a new platform, a product launch. We plan it, design it, build it and launch it, and we support it afterwards.
We look after the brand and the platform over years: releasing improvements, extending features and keeping the security work current as the business changes.
Senior designers and engineers working inside your team, on your roadmap, with the whole company behind them and none of the agency overhead.
