Omnimedica
Clinicians dictate in their own language, and in Greek that language is dense with medical terminology. Omnimedica starts there. We built it at every layer: Med-1, the Greek medical AI model at its core; the app and the Auraspeech platform around it; and the brand, website, films and content that explain it.
Dictation is only the first step of a medical report. Editing, review and approval follow, and the clinician’s judgement has to stay in charge throughout. The model, the interface and the platform had to be designed as one process.

Make the system understandable
We created the identity and the whole public story: website, copy, films and product imagery. A restrained visual language lets demonstrations and explanations lead. The communication follows the reporting process step by step, introducing the people and stages involved, so a technically complex platform can be understood through the work it supports.
Start with the language being spoken
We developed Med-1, the proprietary Greek medical AI model at the core of the system. Its job is specific: handling the language of medical dictation inside a working product. Terminology, editing and review were designed around it, so the model is one part of a reporting process led by people. Interpretation and final approval stay with the clinicians.
Build the work around the words
We designed and developed the app and the complete Auraspeech platform. Dictation, editing, report preparation and oversight share one workflow, with views for doctors, editing teams and managers. Our role covered the whole product, from interaction design down to the engineering underneath.
A medical AI product built by one team at every layer: the Greek model, the app, the platform and the public story. Review and approval remain with the clinical team, by design.
