Make complex money feel simple.

A banking interface has to be exceptionally clear and unmistakably considered. We’re looking for a designer who can move from an ambitious visual direction to the last transaction state, across web, mobile and physical touchpoints. Someone who makes a system more useful and more distinctive at the same time.

01 / The mandate

What you’ll own.

  • Lead experience and interface design for banking, e-banking and financial services, from discovery to production-ready systems.
  • Map onboarding, accounts, payments and approvals into journeys people can navigate with confidence.
  • Create distinctive visual directions, interactive prototypes and component systems in Figma, pen.dev and FlowNode.
  • Design the complete experience: responsive behaviour, error recovery, empty states, accessibility and every important edge case.
  • Work directly with clients and engineers, articulate your choices and stay involved through implementation and design QA.

02 / The standard

What you bring.

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI or digital product design, with shipped work in banking, finance or similarly complex transactional products.
  • A portfolio with original visual thinking and clear evidence of your individual contribution, decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong interaction design, typography, layout, prototyping and systematic component thinking.
  • A confident Figma practice, readiness to design with pen.dev, and the curiosity to master FlowNode, Designco’s proprietary tool. We’ll introduce you to FlowNode; prior access is not expected.
  • Comfort with research, usability testing, accessibility and the detail required to make financial journeys understandable.

Even better.

  • Experience connecting mobile, desktop, kiosk or other service touchpoints.
  • Motion craft, design-to-code workflows or work with multilingual and right-to-left interfaces.

04 / The studio

Close to the work.

Athens-based, with a hybrid rhythm. You’ll work directly with designers, engineers and specialists, with access to the people making the decisions.

Bring judgement, curiosity and a high standard for your own work. We’ll bring ambitious briefs, a multidisciplinary studio and room for your contribution to matter.
