A dense interface can still be a beautiful one. The challenge is knowing what deserves attention and what should get out of the way. You’ll design business platforms that connect data, roles and processes into a coherent daily workspace, with the rigour to handle the exceptions.

01 / The mandate

What you’ll own.

  • Map sales, service and operational processes into clear product architecture and role-specific workspaces.
  • Design tables, dashboards, search, filtering, bulk actions and multi-step workflows that support real work at scale.
  • Build adaptable component systems in Figma, pen.dev and FlowNode, with consistent behaviour across modules.
  • Resolve permissions, validation, approvals, audit history and empty or failure states with product and engineering teams.
  • Prototype, test and refine the critical paths, then follow the implementation through to production quality.

02 / The standard

What you bring.

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design, with shipped CRM, ERP, SaaS or complex business software.
  • A portfolio that shows strong information architecture and visual craft in data-rich interfaces.
  • Confident systems thinking across interconnected workflows, user roles and large component libraries.
  • A confident Figma practice, readiness to design with pen.dev, and the curiosity to master FlowNode, Designco’s proprietary tool. We’ll introduce you to FlowNode; prior access is not expected.
  • The ability to explain trade-offs, work through edge cases with engineers and turn user feedback into focused improvements.

03 / The extra edge

Even better.

  • Experience with configurable platforms, data visualisation or operational reporting.
  • Research with high-frequency professional users and familiarity with keyboard-efficient interactions.

04 / The studio

Close to the work.

Athens-based, with a hybrid rhythm. You’ll work directly with designers, engineers and specialists, with access to the people making the decisions.

Bring judgement, curiosity and a high standard for your own work. We’ll bring ambitious briefs, a multidisciplinary studio and room for your contribution to matter.
