Services / 02
Custom CRM, ERP and operations software for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets and generic tools: customers, orders, contracts, assets, fleets and reporting in one connected system.
What it is
A CRM manages the relationship with every customer: contacts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, service and history. An ERP runs the operation behind it: orders, inventory, assets, scheduling, invoicing and reporting. A custom system is built around your own processes and data instead of forcing them into a generic template, and it connects to the tools you already rely on. We design and build both, often as one system, so sales, operations and management work from the same records.
The working software behind sales, service and operations, shaped around how your business actually runs.
Accounts, contacts, pipelines, quotes, contracts and service history, organised around how your team sells and supports.
Orders, inventory, assets, scheduling, invoicing and approvals, designed for the exceptions as much as for the everyday flow.
Vehicles and equipment followed from availability to return, with monitoring in the same place as the rentals and contracts they serve.
Role-specific views for management and teams, built on the same data as daily work, so reports no longer have to be assembled by hand.
Connections to accounting, payments, email and existing ERPs, and a careful migration of the data you already have.
Intelligence, built in
Intelligence belongs inside the operation, not only on a dashboard. We build agents and tailored models into CRM and ERP systems so routine work moves on its own, and people step in where judgement is needed.

Agents that draft quotes, classify incoming requests, reconcile documents and flag exceptions, working within the system’s own permissions and audit history.
Tailored models that surface what needs attention, such as unusual orders, idle assets or contracts at risk, measured against your data before anyone relies on them.
Operational software, built around real businesses.
How we work
We sit with the people who do the job, trace every step of a customer, order or asset, and write down where today’s tools break.
Entities, states, roles and rules come first. The interface is designed on a data model that matches how the business really runs.
We deliver working modules one at a time, migrate data as we go and keep old and new systems in step until the switch is safe.
Training, rollout and support, then a steady rhythm of improvements as the team asks for more.

Questions
Off-the-shelf CRMs are excellent when your process matches theirs. A custom system makes sense when the process is specific, such as leasing, rentals, fleets, regulated workflows or operations that span sales and delivery. It also avoids per-seat licences and lets you own your data and roadmap. When an off-the-shelf product is the better answer, we say so.
Yes. Agents can draft, classify, reconcile and answer questions using your records and access rules, while people approve the decisions that matter.
Yes, in stages. We migrate data module by module and run the old and new systems side by side where needed, so the switch happens once the new system has proven itself.
Integration is part of the design from the start. We connect to accounting, payment, email and document systems through their APIs, and to existing ERPs where they remain the system of record.
Every record is protected by role and, where needed, by organisation. We use strict row-level security, keep an audit history of changes and review access rules as the system grows.
It depends on scope. We usually start with the module that removes the most manual work, launch it, and extend from there, so value arrives early rather than at the end of a long project.
